Research On Classification And Risk Management Of Supply Chain Finance

World economic development history tells us that the prosperity of finance especially banks can promote the development of many other industries, and if the development can not be treated it can also cause immeasurable loss. While now the fundamental businesses of banks have not complex principles, but it can play a huge leverage and thus effectively support various industries, especially manufacturing industry’s healthy development.With the popularity of supply chain management in the worldwide, the financial sector especially banks have been also involved in the supply chain management to find their own entry point. When the small medium enterprise encountered financing difficulties, banks found the opportunity of their entry into the real economy, they constructed financing service platform for all sectors of business to carry out the supply chain finance services. For any business, its core business is the production of products, but all of these business activities are inseparable from the support of fund. In fact, fund exchanges between enterprises often have certain latency, and each company expects their own money to achieve quickly. At this time difference, the bank can provide reasonable financial services to solve the urgent needs of enterprises.To break the traditional classification of supply chain finance, this paper classifies supply chain finance, according to the financial business institution involved in different levels. Then this research analyses the risk of supply chain finance and mainly focuses on measuring the credit risk and operational risk. This paper was divided into three parts. In the first part, supply chain finance research results were reviewed and the supply chain, supply chain management, supply chain financial were separately on the supply chain, supply chain management, supply chain, financial analysis to reveal link between them. In the second part, this research reclassified the supply chain finance financing model, and then analyzed the operation, function of them. The third part was risk management, it made quantitative study of credit risk and operational risk. A case was given in the end.
