| The world’s energy crisis and global warming have been becoming more severe. The concept of Low-carbon was firstly brought up by UK in such ground. As a developing country, carbon emissions have been increasing year by year in china, which make china faced with more pressure in Diplomatic and economic area. Low-carbon construction is an important part of Low-carbon economic, whose development was very urgent and necessary. So, the point was brought up that only with Low-carbon construction, the Low-carbon economic can be developed and achieved. The point that PMBOK Applied to Stage Action of Low-carbon Construction was brought up to promote the development of Low-carbon Construction. Firstly, the character of Stage Action of Low-carbon Construction was the same as project has been analyzed, which was proved the PMBOK could be used to promote its development. Then, the law and questionnaire was analyzed to promote the PMBOK Applied to Stage Action of Low-carbon Construction. Only through the process group, could the PMBOK Applied to Stage Action of Low-carbon Construction be achieved, and this is the character of PMBOK. The application of initiating process group, the planning process group, the executing process group, the monitoring and controlling process group and the closing process group to Stage Action of Low-carbon Construction was analyzed with the PMBOK Theory and Low-carbon Construction condition to promote the application of PMBOK to Stage Action of Low-carbon Construction. Lastly, theory of system simulation was used to promote the application of PMBOK to Stage Action of Low-carbon Construction, the Low-carbon construction 2012 ~ 2016 stages of action item was choose as input variable, then its project management model was designed and its application progress was simulated, whose results and significance was analyzed to prove PMBOK Applied to Stage Action of Low-carbon Construction is of great significance. |
