With the development of economic globalization and the technology progress, the enterprise to talented person’s demand and attention is more and more obvious. Has a strong human resources reserves, means that the enterprises have a strong vitality and creativity, which is the objective requirement of the times background. Human resource has become the enterprise’s important intangible asset, and began to get more and more managers attention. Performance management is the most important content in the enterprise human resource management, it implementation directly effect the other works of the human resources management. So contemporary enterprises begin to explore a method which consistent with the characteristics of the enterprise’s own performance management.A Company is a large state-owned power enterprise in Tianjin, shoulders to ensure power supply safety and stable operation of the duties of this city. In order to establish a scientific management system for modern enterprise, in recent years A company has been committed to explore a set of their own development to adapt to the enterprise performance management system. However, due to lack of scientific knowledge and advanced theory as a guide, and not good combination with the enterprises situation, the implementation effect is not ideal. How to establish a set of performance management system that matching with the strategic objectives of enterprises is an important part of current human resource management work in A company.The article based on the analysis of the A company present performance management system, separately from the departments and staff performance evaluation two aspects, deep mining company performance management system deficiencies, and in the light of the insufficient aspect puts forward improvement ideas. Draw lessons from domestic and international advanced method of performance appraisal, have a deep thinking, find out the advantages and disadvantages of these methods, and give a new employee performance management model evaluation method named five star achievements appraisal model. This method is compared with the previous integration of other evaluation tool’s advantages, improving the performance appraisal of scientific rationality, the feedback of the result and the use of the information make the Performance management work more completely. Hope that through this study can design a more scientific and complete system for A company’s performance management work, as the same time, we hope through this article can give some advise for other companies. Of course, establish a perfect performance management system can’t accomplish at one stroke, it need to fumble ceaselessly in practice improvement. And we should aware of along with enterprise environment change, the content and method of the performance management should be adjusted that can adapt to the development of enterprises and Strengthening the core competitiveness of enterprises.
