In addition, by thecaseanalysisofChina Resources Land(Hefei),thearticle meke a preliminary demonstration of the scientific and feasibilityoftheevaluationsystem.With2010supplier evaluation of China Resources Land(Hefei) as anexample,and with the evaluation system established by the paper as a standard,byevaluating63suppliers,the results we got is the same with Company’s judgment. This paper shows that the real estate supplier evaluation system established with thecorrectness of the theory and the feasibility of the operation.The paper built a real estate suppliers evaluation index system and the model ofevaluation weight, enrich and improve the entire real estate supplier evaluation system,provided the basis for the company’s decision-makings to make decision, promotedbetter development forreal estate company operating management system.
