In recent years, coal enterprise safety accident happen from time to tome, and constrainthe coal enterprise efficiency. In coal mine enterprises the employees behavior andperformance level of safety in production play the most important role in enterprise efficiencyimproving; Many factors affect the performance of the employee of the coal mine enterprises,in addition to the traditional knowledge and skills, working characteristics, environmentalfactors there also are the social support staff and social communication about the situation.Because of coal mine enterprise employees’ work environment, their daily work and lives ofinteraction ability in the low level; In order to further improve the benefit of the coal mineenterprises, and improve the performance level and the construction of the harmoniousenterprise safety culture and the harmonious society there are still many needs to perfect place.This study based on the realistic background of the coal mine enterprises staff puts forwardthe social support network status and their impact on the performance of the employees.First of all, on a large amount of related literature at home and abroad, and on the basisof summarizing the predecessors’ the achievement of the respect and experience inperformance influence factors, the thesis find out the social support network perspectiveresearch blank, and determine the target; Second, daily work and life of social supportnetwork information and performance level of the coal mine employees was collected by afield survey and interviews in November2011, providing powerful data support for furtherstudy and inspection empirical model; Again, the thesis use personal social network analysismethods and multiple regression analysis method to test empirical model and the hypotheses.The thesis found that the following points:(1) The coal mine employees have large network size; Relationship type is abundant,with colleagues and friends occupying larger proportion; Gender and age is of high networkhomophily, and low heterogeneity, meanwhile homophily and heterogeneity of degree is notobvious; The relationship tie strength is relative higher; (2)The social support network features of the network size and tie strength has positiveimpact on employees’ task performance and contextual performance. The larger the network,more network members employees can consult, then the performance level is higher; whennetwork tie strength is higher, the employee’s psychological pressure has been eased, withhigh sense of belonging and sense of cooperation, more willing to better complete the safetyproduction tasks;(3) The social support network not only directly impact on employees’ task performance,but also through the relationship performance indirectly influence employees’ taskperformance. When the employee’s interpersonal facilitation and job devotion level is high,this two respects of social support network of the safety influence task performance moreremarkably.In short, on the basis of theory and empirical study, through coal mine enterpriseemployees social support network and its influence for the performance, the thesis points outthat the social support network of the coal mine employees play the important role in itsperformance, further improve coal mine employee safety production performance, and givethe scope of policy suggestions for expanding its social support and communication ability.
