Design And Implementation Of Collaborative Purchasing System For Small And Medium Enterprises

With the continuous development of information technology, the business operations and management of many enterprises are also constantly being changed, and the coorperation between enterprise and enterprise is getting closer. However, for most small and medium enterprises (SMEs), there are still many defects, such as inefficient purchasing management mode, delayed information transfer and inaccurate statistics, etc. Collabortive purchasing as a new type of purchasing method, you can purchase through strengthening the contact of SMEs alliance to advance the business collaboration between SMEs purchasers and large-scale suppliers, in order to acheve the win-win situation of SMEs and large-scale suppliers. Multi-Agent technology has been widely used in all kinds of information networks and distributed systems areas of high intelligence. Collaborative purchasing system based on multi-Agent has become a research focus.In this paper, we researched the multi-Agent technology and the traditional purchasing method in depth, analysed the favorable factors of collaborative purchasing for SMEs in detail. At the same time, we introduced multi-Agent technology into the study of collaborative purchasing system for SMEs to ensure the system can be optimized to achieve goal of collaborative purchasing.We used JADE (Java Agent Development Framwork) as platform, MyEclipse as tool to build and implement all parts of the system. In this system, all Agent exists can communicate with each other based on web. Used the MySql database to store the relevant user information, and as a user, only need to complete the Web-based registration of operations on the page, then you can enter the system to fill orders or fill out cargo information, the follow-up activities will be submitted to Agent runs automatically in the background, the system will return the purchasing results to allow SMEs to maximize the benefits. Auto-negotiation algorithm of Agent involved in the system will affect the success or failure of the entire collaborative purchasing system, therefore, in this paper; we have designed and implemented the relevant mathematical model and negotiation algorithm to maximize the benefits for purchasers of SMEs.Overall, in this system, we used WEB as UI, realized multi-Agent negotiation algorithm, thus, this system not only to facilitate the purchasing process for the purchasers of SMEs, but also allows the purchasers to reap the benefits in the purchasing.
