Study On The Working Capital Management Based On The Perspective Of Supply Chain

Working capital is considered as the “blood” of an enterprise, and the flow ofworking capital management is directly related to the success or failure of anenterprise. Since the nineteen nineties, working capital management method hasobviously changed from a purely digital method to supply chain management andoptimization. In the era of network economy, global network contacts all enterprisesin the supply chain together, market competition is no longer the competition betweenindividual enterprises, but the competition between the supply chains. Competitionenvironment of fundamental change, brings opportunity and hitherto unknownuncertainty and competition for the enterprise. In order to meet the needs of thiscompetition, supply chain theory is widely used in enterprise management.Introducing the thought of supply chain into the management of working capital,and the establishment of modern enterprise adapt to the environment of the workingcapital management methods is one of the important ways to enhance the performanceof working capital management and to obtain competitiveness.Based on the theory of supply chain management and working capitalmanagement theory, tried to construct based on the perspective of supply chainworking capital management mode. The full text is divided into five parts:The first part is an introduction, elaborates the research purpose and significance,reviews the previous studies on the current status of research;The second part gives the theoretical basis of this paper: the theory of supplychain management and working capital management theory;The third part summarizes the present our country enterprise working capitalmanagement of the status quo and the problems of forming reasons, expounds theimprovement enterprise operating funds management situation urgent;The fourth part based on the supply chain enterprises in the perspective of financial management theory system, and gives some improvement of the currentsituation of the working capital management train of thought and the way ofimplementation.The fifth part through the analysis of the typical successful case to prove thatfrom the perspective of supply chain management of working capital in the enterprisemanagement mode in the real effectiveness.The sixth part illustrates the main conclusion of the study, inadequacy of theresearch and the future research direction.The article is based on the Chinese enterprises working capital managementproblems, from the supply chain perspective, to strengthen the enterprise workingcapital management of theoretical research and exploration, creativity ground putforward from the perspective of supply chain enterprises working capital managementtheory system, is conducive to improving the current enterprise working capitalmanagement system, enhance the enterprise management level.
