| The study on the executing power of company is the core issue of variouscountries in the world,the enterprises of our country got rapid devlopment in30years of reform and opening up,but it always can’t contend with intentionalwell-known enterprises,the reason is not the problems of enterprises strategy,marketenvironment,but is the effect of internal management,Precisely,the answer is the gapof enterprises executing between them,and is more prominent in private SMEs.Thedistinctive feature of private SMEs different from state-owned enterprises is,shorteverage life of enterprises,low quality of enterpreneur and management model like inthe familiy,so it determines that the study on the executing power of privateenterprises has its own characteristics.Executing power is the ability to do something well,carry out the strategyintent,complete scheduled target.An enterprise is an organization,a complete body,theenterprise executing power also must be the executing power of a system,anorganization and a team,the enterprise executing is the core of the competitiveness ofenterprise, is the key to translate enterprise strategy,planning to benefit andachieve,also is the key of the enterprise gets success or failure.This thesis is based on the current situation of executing of the private SMEs inour country, with the starting point of the factors of effecting the enterpriseexecuting,combines with related theories and methods about the executing of themodern enterprise,uses Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Model,assesses the fuzzyeffective factor,which is hard to quantify with epitaxial fuzzy,finds the evaluateindex of executing,and then judge the current executing status of xi’an XintiandiPratacultural Co.Ltd scientifically,fairly and reasonably,obtain the effective factor,and for the weak link of the company’s executive initiative poor, to propose the corresponding solution and improved methods,to makes the executing of xi’anXintiandi Pratacultural Co.Ltd got some improvement. |
