The application of Lean Production (LP) represents the third milestone in the history of production- the fact that LP has guided companies of various industries to success is witnessed in a huge amount of manufacturing practice. The key concept of LP is simplicity, that requires the factories eliminate all valueless activities in the manufacturing process, avoid all forms of waste, save sources and lower the cost as much as possible, so as to gain more profit and improve a company's competitiveness. Under this circumstance, LiJie company applies the LP to its manufacturing process and benefit from it considerably.On the basis of relative theories of LP and execution force, this paper analyzes the LiJie mode from three perspectives, including perspectives of 5S management, product management and improvement activity. Also, from the perspective of execution force, this paper assesses the LiJie mode using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and provides measures to improve the way LiJie company manages its manufacturing process.The essence of LP is to keep improving and questing for perfection, which requires the company who applies the LP strategy to change not only their way of managing the production process, but also their way of thinking. There is a long way to go to achieve the real LP. Therefore, it is recommended that Chinese companies, when confronted by challenges and difficulties, stick to their targets and make their greatest effort at all times. The success then will be achieved one day.
