A Study Of Problems And Strategies In The Implement Of Economically Affordable Housing Policy

The policy of economically affordable housing is an important part of the housingsecurity system in China. The initial intention of the policy is to adapt China’s economicand social development and plan for solving the housing problems of low-incomefamilies. At present， the policy of economically affordable housing is activelyimplemented around the city，gradually revealing the effectiveness of the policy，whichlargely alleviates the housing problems of low-income families and promotes the positivedevelopment of real estate and related industries. The implementation of oureconomically affordable housing policy is the redistribution of income of urbanresidents， and the conversion of the subsidies allocated to low-and middle-incomepeople in order to safeguard the fair of the allocation of housing. The policy ofeconomically affordable housing makes a great contribution to our country in improvingthe housing supply system， adjusting economic growth pattern， driving the domesticeconomic development and deepening the reform of the urban housing system.This paper attempts to study the policy of economically affordable housing in caseof Xi’an， adhere to the combination of theory and practice， employing the empiricalmethod， literature analysis and comparative study， etc.， making a deep analysis aboutXi’an’s economically affordable housing policy involving in the background，development history and implementation status， and then discussing the achievementreceived in the implementation of policy as well as the present issues from theperspective of the price policy of economically affordable housing， land supply policyand management control policy. Based on the illustration，it proposes more feasible path to perfect the policy of economically affordable housing in Xi’an， which has a greatsignificance upon the draft that government solve the low-and middle-income grouphousing policy and a sustained，sound development of economically affordable housing.
