Research On The Developing Level Of Gansu Rural Information

The Rural Informationalized Construction is the important content of building socialismnew countryside, and it will play the important role in solving the problems of peasant, ruralareas and agriculture. Since the1970s, the rural informatization has achieved greatdevelopment; the information technology and the information resources are constantly appliedin the various regions of China. For the developing Gansu province, thought it ha s greatlydeveloped, it is not high in total level and has a big gap with other provinces. Because of these,it has certain theoretical and practical significance the to study the countrysideinformationalized development level in Gansu province.On the basis of the objective dataand factor analysis method, this paper establishs a comprehensive evaluation model of thecountryside informationalized level, and intuitive compares the rural informationalized levelof each province, then draws the influence factors of Gansu province countrysideinformationalized development. It has great significance to speed up the pace of reform inGansu province rural informatization, and alse practical to promote the development of ruralinformatization in Gansu province.Through researching on the domestic and international theory about rural informatization,and in accordance with the present situation in Gansu Rural information, the paper appraisesand analyzes the countryside informationalized level in Gansu province: First of all, this paperfurther investigates the domestic and international present situation about rural infornatization,including government policy, service mode, and basal construction and so on.
