The city?s transport system in urban system is a complex and important sub-system of modern urban social development,is an important influence factors which link various of social fields.The city’s transport system in good operating realized the high efficiency of the flow and logistics,is the symbol of prosperity and sustainable development of a city.Urban land is the carrier of urban social activities, and most social activities carryed out is through the traffic to fulfill.The use of Urban land is the root of the demand in urban?s transportation,it had decided the flow,the traffic volume and the ways of transportation.meanwhile,The level of city traffic will impact at the structure of urban space,the size of city and development of urban .The subway is a green traffic , is the most efficient and convenient transportation of the city . Nowadays , tianjin metro is under fast constructing : According to the planning to 2020, Tianjin will form the rail transit network covered almost 1037 kilometers . At present the metro line 1 has been built and put into operation . For a city , The land resources are limited, and along the subway ?s land resources is "gold corridor" .
