With the reduction of fossil fuels and the increasing serious of pollution problem caused by vehicles,the development of electric vehicles has been irresistible,but the access of large scale of electric vehicles(EV)will affect the secure operation of power grid.In order to solve the problem,appropriate methods are needed to regulate the charging and discharging process of the electric vehicles.As an important factor to the economic benefits of the users,the electricity price can guide the electric vehicle s for a reasonable charge and discharge effectively and participate in the interaction of the power grid,so as to reduce the impact on power system which is caused by the electric vehicle load.Therefore,this paper studies on electric vehicle charging base on electricity price guide and interaction method.The main results and innovations are as follows:First of all,the relationship between the charging load and the charging price is analyzed.The formulas of self-elastic coefficient and cross-elastic coefficient are derived based on the cost function.And the elastic coefficient is calculated by using the statistical software stata.Which provides the basis for the study of electric vehicle price guidance.Secondly,the price guide model of electric vehicle charging is established and solved.The influence factors of electric vehicle charging load and a calculation method of EV charging load are analyzed.Based on the different degree of guidance to the users,two kinds of charging price guidance schemes of electric vehicle are proposed.Then,considering the load fluctuation on the grid and the economy of the electric vehicle users,a price guide model of electric vehicle charging is established and solved by the genetic algorithm.Finally,taking a regional grid as an example,the optimal charging prices of electricity price guide and are obtained by using two different programs to guide the charging of electric vehicles.Finally,the economic benefit of the interaction between electric vehicles and the power grid is studied.The characteristics and advantages of frequency regulation service and spinning reserve service provided by the electric vehicles for electric power grid is analyzed,and the interactive relationship between electric vehicles and power grid is established by the agent management mechanism.Then,calculates the costs and benefits of the electric vehicle when they supply frequency regulation service and spinning reserve.The calculation example shows when the large-scale electric vehicle is connected to the grid,the charging load can be coordinated to participate in the power grid interaction,which will not only benefit for the balance of power supply and demand,but also provide some economic benefits to electric vehicle users.
