Research On The Evaluation System For Industrial Independent Innovating Capability And Real Case Study

Industrial Independent Innovating Capability reflects the core-ability of independent innovation for nation and region and has a decisive role for the industry’s overall economic development. Accounting and comparing industrial independent innovating capability helps to estimate a region’s key industrial capability of independent innovation, decide the next step for government departments to develop strategies for sustainable development industry, optimize the allocation of resources and provide a scientific basis for the implementation of science and technology development. It has an important practical significance for building an innovation-oriented society.Despite China’s independent innovating industry has made some achievements, some important industries, such as China’s information industry, are still in its infancy stage.The industry is still relatively weak, different among regions. Therefore, the industry’s assessment of the capability of independent innovation system becomes the research focus in the scholars. It can use a scientific, systematic and concise analysis and evaluation of quantitative indicators to analyse the region’s key industries capability of independent innovation, to identify gaps and deficiencies, to help policy makers to analyse its causes.Give some right medicine and ideas to improve the capability of independent innovation, and then increase innovation capability and competitiveness.This paper uses the methods of literature study, statistical data processing and statistical analysis to study the ability of independent innovation of regional industry and get some results as follows:(1)Find the industrial independent innovating capability’s elements through theoretical research and establish a model of industries the ability of independent innovation.(2)Determine the evaluating quantitative indicators and methods for the industrial independent innovating capability through a systematic and scientific selection.(3)Analyse the computer and office equipment manufacturing industry in tian jin through the large-scale data processing on the China Statistical Yearbook, the AHP analysis, correlation analysis, cluster analysis, additive models and multiplicative models, then summed up the lacks and the causes of the problem.
