A Study On The Effect Of Promotion Of The Production Service Industry On The Regional Economic Development In Jiangsu Province

Producer services as a symbol of the typical post-industrial era, with high knowledge intensity, high value-added, high-tech means of the characteristics of knowledge production and assumed the dual function of resource allocation, economic and social infrastructure of knowledge of the important part. As China’s economy in Jiangsu province and manufacturing province, the provincial government is also growing recognition in recent years to the production of services on the one hand the basis for economic development, guiding, driver’s role, on the other production services industry and the interactive relationship between the manufacturing sector, for the new road to industrialization in Jiangsu Province and manufacturing out of the way of great significance to strengthening the province.In this paper, the development of producer services in Jiangsu trend and present situation, and use four indicators of the competitiveness of the productive services sector in Jiangsu vertical and horizontal analysis. From the horizontal, the Jiangsu competitive producer services is higher than the national average, but weaker than in Zhejiang, Guangdong, Shanghai; from a vertical perspective, Jiangsu Development of Producer Services in line with the overall trend, while the proportion of its GDP, the total tends to be stable. Papers from the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, challenges the perspective of future development of producer services in Jiangsu analysis.And then from the theoretical and empirical analysis of both the economic development of producer services in promoting the role, from a theoretical perspective, Jiangsu productive human capital services to improve efficiency, and promote urban development in Jiangsu and the impact of the industrial structure of three of Jiangsu significant aspects of the role; in the empirical context, this paper, employment elasticity, Granger causality points, input-output analysis, empirical analysis of panel data model of four models from employment, labor productivity, industrial linkage, economic increase values, etc. to validate the producer services on a significant role in promoting the economy.Finally, the overseas development of producer services based on the advanced experience of Jiangsu Province, is given its own characteristics to optimize the industrial layout, speeding up the construction of transportation infrastructure, construction of legal and industry associations, the implementation of complementary and dislocation competition, promote market mechanism reform, urbanization process, improve the labor income ratio policy recommendations.
