In recent years,the world economy is facing a rapid transformation from an industrial economy to a service-oriented economy.The service-oriented economy has brought significant changes to the service industry.The service industry has gradually occupied an important position in the national economy,especially the producer service industry in the service industry,which has gradually become an important part of the modern service industry and the agglomeration of producer service industry It is conducive to the technological progress and economic development of the city,and has gradually become the trend of the city’s central industry.Since the 21 st century in China,the service-oriented economy has gradually developed and matured,and the integrated development of the productive service industry has continuously promoted the economic growth.It is particularly important to occupy an important position in the city’s economy.However,in the academic circles,their research process is far behind the pace of developing producer service industry agglomeration in the practice process.In conclusion,the current research on producer service industry agglomeration is insufficient in terms of research angle and method,and there is still a lot of room for progress.This research involves the specific introduction of the relevant concepts and theories of producer service industry agglomeration,and the analysis based on the empirical research of the measurement methods and effects of industry agglomeration.Firstly,through the statistical methods,it analyzes the current situation of the development of producer service industry in Henan Province,and points out the main problems in the development process of producer service industry.Secondly,it makes use of regional business and space Gini coefficient is used to measure and analyze the overall situation of producer serviceindustry and the aggregation of various industries in the market in Henan Province.Finally,using the panel data of selected cities in Henan Province,a econometric model is built to test the impact of producer service industry on promoting urban economic development,and to test the impact of industry on urban economic development Through empirical research,we can draw the following conclusions:First,from the perspective of the agglomeration of producer services in Henan Province,it is in a state of low overall level.The agglomeration of producer services owned by different cities is quite different in scale and region.On the one hand,the result of location quotient reflects the spatial distribution of producer services in Henan Province.In Zhengzhou,Luoyang,Jiaozuo,Xuchang and other developed cities,the concentration of production and service industry is more obvious.The spatial Gini coefficient shows that the spatial distribution of leasing industry,commercial industry and scientific research service industry in Henan Province is relatively high.On the other hand,according to the change trend of spatial Gini coefficient of different industries in Henan Province,there are relatively different differences between different industries,among which the industries with a large decline are leasing industry and commercial service industry,while other industries are in a state of fluctuation.Secondly,the economic impact of producer services agglomeration in Henan Province is very obvious,which is reflected in: producer services agglomeration plays an important role in promoting the per capita level and regional economic level;and the economic impact model analysis of industrial agglomeration shows that there is a significant positive correlation between the level of producer services agglomeration and the level of economic development in Henan Province;it is related to the economic development of Henan Province Exhibition is closely related.At the same time,capital investment,labor investment and human capital investment have a significant positive impact on economic development,while state intervention has a significant negative correlation with the level of economic development in HenanProvince,i.e.the agglomeration of producer services,capital investment,labor investment and human capital,which plays a positive role in promoting economic development,while at the same time,it has a certain process To some extent,state intervention hinders the economic development of Henan Province.Third,the agglomeration of different industries of producer services in Henan Province has different degrees of influence on the local economic development.The empirical test results show that the agglomeration level of financial,transportation,information and real estate industries in Henan Province is relatively high,the financial and transportation industries play the largest role in promoting the economic development,and the leasing and business services play a greater role in promoting the local economic development,while the information industry plays a greater role in promoting the local economic development Industry,real estate,leasing and business services play a relatively weak role in promoting.On the basis of the analysis results,the paper puts forward the policy suggestions to promote the healthy development of the productive service industry cluster in Henan Province from the aspects of improving the government functions and increasing the support of the government.It pays attention to training and further education,strengthens the construction of the staff team on the basis of the industrial cluster,expands the scope of the productive service industry cluster,and promotes the diversified development of the productive service industry cluster in Henan Province.
