The Empirical Analysis On The Promoting Of The Economics Development By The Trade In Services

Along with the development of the international services industries, the fact that fast development of services trade in the world is promoting the efficiency and quality of the entire national economy is obvious. Services trade is increasingly becoming a worldwide research topic. Economic growth has been one of the core research questions in the field of economics, especially the field of macroeconomics. Factors which affect the economic growth come from supplying area, such as technology, capital, labor. policy, etc. and the demanding area, such as investment, consumption, import and export, government spending and so on. From a domestic perspective, the frictions of trade increase after china’s entering the WTO as the Chinese good trade is increasing. On the other hand, China has been developing the economic with the long-standing investment of resources, which leads to serious issues of environment and resource,so changing the way of economic growth which can’t be separated from the development of the services trade as soon as possible is an urgent task.Jiangsu province, as one of the most important regions of economic and financial development and the traditional base area of services, has quite a few big cities and regions which are active in foreign economic and trade exchanging. Now these cities and regions are faced with regional economic growth and trade patterns change. In-depth study on the situation and relationship of services trade and economic in this area is of great significance. It will promote the services trade of this area and the whole country and is also a reference to economic development.This paper begins with the theory of the trade and economic growth, explores the relationships between the services trade and the economic growth, sum up the theoretical basis of the relationships between services trade and economic development, analyze numbers of paths and mechanism including technology spillover effect and human capital effects which can explain the fact that servies trade affect the economic development. At last, use empirical analysis methods to analyze the relationships between trade in services and economic growth of Jiangsu and the technological spillover effects of the services trade in Jiangsu province. Then summarize the conclusion that the services trade improve the development of economics and attempt to give some suggestions.
