Intermediary Organization And Efficiency Increase Of Regional Economic Cooperation Of Hubei

The effective promoting of regional economic cooperation must be fully taken into account coordination costs and obstacles between regions, by consciously innovating and developing kinds of intermediary organization to reduce cooperative costs professionally. Recently, in order to promote regional economic cooperation, Hubei Province not only has made full use of intermediate organizations such as the World Expo, Trade Fair, China Fair, but also has played the family card and organized the General Assembly of E-Commerce, bringing Hubei’s Comparative Advantages of personnel outflow into full play and encouraging them to return home investment and entrepreneurship. In fact, through intermediary organization such as he General Assembly of E-Commerce, lots of Merchant born in Hubei has return home business, leading to more rapid economic development and higher efficiency of regional economic cooperation in Hubei. Meanwhile, the existence of intermediary organization has motivated all levels of government in Hubei to constantly adjust and improve government functions, to improve government performance and to achieve win-win of partners in the process of cooperation.At this stage, although the Government has played the dominant role during regional economic cooperation, with the improvement of market economy, the transformation of government functions and the increasingly standardized development of intermediate organizations, they will play an important role in the coming period. I think the General Assembly of E-Commerce is the better starting point in analyzing the role of intermediate organizations to develop regional economic cooperation and point that the development of intermediate organizations is the only way to improve efficiency of regional economic cooperation in China.In view of regional economic cooperation as collaboration during which cooperative partners achieve the situation of win-win by making use of mutual advantages, by the theory of cooperative games, I has proved that the base of the stability of regional economic cooperation is partners’win-win, once one side’s interests is negative, the cooperation will be a lack of continuity and cooperation profitable side could transfer a part of cooperation interests in order to the maintenance of cooperation.Based on theoretical analysis, I made further use of SWOT framework to Analysis Hubei’s opportunities and challenges in strengthening regional economic cooperation in the new situation. By collecting and compare economic and social data of six provinces in central China, I pointed out the advantages and the disadvantages, the opportunities and the challenges of Hubei at post-crisis era. Furthermore, the main measures have been put forward by three aspects of construction of the legal system, efficient improvement of government services and optimize of development zones.
