Evaluation On Intensive Land Use In Nanan Economic Development Zone

Firstly, this paper studied the literature at home and abroad on the land intensive use.The theories were introduced particularly, including the law of diminishing returns,rent theory,zone theory and the theory of sustainable development.The principles and the evaluation method were analyzed too.Secondly, on the basic of general situation and the development zone-land utilization state of Nanan city, the weight of indexes was confirmed by adopting the method of DelPhi, then evaluated the degree and calculated the potentialities of the development zone-Land Intensive Utilization:the result showed that the comprehensive evaluation score about land-intensive in Nanan economic development zone is 83.72%, a little higher than the last round, but the intensity is low on the whole. The great potential is first expressed as the expansion-potential(98.05 hectares of land can be supplied still),then intensity-potential and structure-potential,the management-potential is least. Finally, by the analysis of the evaluation results,the author pointed out the problems of Urban Land Intensive Utilization and proposed the measures to make urban land utilization in intensive way.
