Fuzzy control is a typical and earlier form of AI control. As a branch of AI control, it hasbeen developing at full speed in recent years. Especially to the complicated and nonlinear systemswith long time-delay that are hard to be established ideal mathematical model, fuzzy controltheory is applied. And fuzzy control being realized in that complicated systems through computersusually can get a satisfied controlling effect and the equipments being used are simply, notableresults in economic benefits can yield.In the fine chemical engineering realm, the research and process of the water treatmentagents is paid attention to by the local chemical industry.The TIG welding is most representativeproduct in this field. This paper introduces the characters and actuality of TIG welding ’s process,analyzes the effects to the products’equalities and producing safety by the alternatives oftemperature and pressure in TIG welding’s producing and controlling. In the same time it states thefuzzy controller’s primary principle、construction、designing rules and developing direction toself-adapting.Aiming at the specialties of TIG welding’s production controlling process, on the theory of Fuzzy controller’s designing, a system making use of computer technology and self-adapting fuzzy control arithmetic is designed. It is to be used in TIG welding’s production process. With Visual C++software programming, it is be proved that the system can improve on the controlling rules on linein running, and the control result can follow the initial values very soon and effective with goodstabilization. Furthermore, the producing cost can be reduced and the total profit will be increasedvery much. So it is the future direction of TIG welding process technology developing.
