With the rapid development of Medical information construction, electronic medical recordsystem (EMRS) has been widely used in hospitals, and ward doctor station is the most important partof EMRS. The significance of EMRS lies in providing medical personnel standardized and unifiedoperation, that they can timely, and completely get patient medical information. At the same time,with the help of digital technology, it can provide good analysis method and improve the level ofdiagnosis and treatment capacity.This paper focuses on two themes, including hospital system integration construction and highperformance EMRS ward doctor station design. In view of the problems, such as HL7standardtransformation, the integration between EMRS and other heterogeneous system, and the EMRSintegration terminal interface design. The system structure has been researched from theory andpractice. The main context and achievement of this thesis are as follows:(1) Firstly, this paper introduces the background, significance and present research situation ofEMRS. The related key technologies involved in this system have been researched, thus providing atheoretical foundation for the next system design.(2) According to the EMRS architecture theory, construct a set of EMRS with other hospitalinformation system integration solutions in the complex medical integration environment. Completemedical information HL7standard improvement, and with the aid of an HL7integrated engine torealize information fusion, form a standardization of the EMRS integration framework, solve thedata integration problem between heterogeneous systems.(3) According to the medical information overload problem, design the medical informationintegrated visual interface, on the base of the medical data correlation and characteristics, customizea set of easy to expand, plug and play visual components, and realize the data visualization ofmedical information integration view.(4) Combine descriptive information database query mode with feature information databasequery mode to solve the hospital mass medical images fast retrieval problem. By adding relevantfeedback mechanism, overcome the "semantic gap" problem between user subjective judgment andthe bottom picture characteristic. Combine AdaBoost algorithm with support vector machine (SVM) algorithm, and join it to relevant feedback in order to improve the system autonomous learningability. A new feedback method based on long-term learning is presented, thereby reducing thenumber of feedback and improve the retrieval speed and accuracy.(5) Based on these key technologies, deep analyze the hospital ward doctor station businessrequirement, then set up the electronic medical record system frame structure, using the unifiedmodeling language (UML) to design use case diagram, sequence diagram, class diagram etc. UseC#.Net to realize system, and test it.
