Research On Value Network-oriented Business Process Modularization And Its Application

With the rapid growth of economic globalization and the complexity of theclients’ individual requirements, original production models and business strategy areno longer able to meet the real needs and requirements. How to give a quick responseto the market requirements, enhance customers satisfaction at a maximum speed hasbecome the focus of enterprises competition. With the continuous expansion of therange of applications of the network, modular design and manufacturing technology,modular management of production emerged gradually. The traditional value chainhas become the modular value network after a series of deconstruction, integrationand reconstruction. Modular value network is on the premise of the modular value,connect varies enterprises and then forming an Open Network by using a variety ofcontract and standard. In this process, the operation and optimization of modularprocess is the means and the implementation to achieve the ultimate goal to buildvalue networks. So there is a practical significance to have a study of the businessprocess for value network.This paper is based on the theory of modular, processes and complex network,and use value as the starting point. The purpose is to have a depth study of the basicmethod which is used in the value network-oriented process modular by studying therunning and basic structure of value network, and then to get the maximum valueproduced by the process operated in the value network environment. The researchcontent is the following issues:In the first chapter, the research state of modular, value network and processmanagement have been reviewed, and analyzed the need of the research, pointed outthat the limitation of the present study, and give the framework of the thesis.The second chapter first analyzed the theory and method of modular technology,the concept of modular process network, and gave specific performance assessmentmodel, finally provided the course of building the modular process network.The third chapter analyzed from the process configurability and process loosely-coupled degree and gave quantitative and qualitative analysis. Put forward aprocess clustering analysis method based on the design structure matrix and geneticalgorithm. At last, gave a comparative analysis of process modeling methods, andestablished the modular Petri nets of process.The forth chapter analyzed the forming process of the modular process net, putforward the running mode of modular process network based on Multi-Agent. Gave aoptimized analysis on the Petri net model of modular process, and took the productdesign process as an example to be a case analysis.The fifth chapter designed a value network-oriented process management system.Take the distribution process of Zhejiang tobacco industrial as an example to be a caseanalysis.In the end, the total research work of this dissertation was summarized, andfurther researches are prospected.
