Because thediagnostic methods and diagnostic objects were different, the third indexes weredivided into three types of objective and quantitative, expert evaluation, staffquestionnaire. Using AHP method and Delphi method concludes the weighted score.At last, based on this index system, the diagnosis method and technology arediscussed. Using the advanced means of computer and network systems,using Visual Studio.Net2008as the development tool, Microsoft SQL Server2005asthe database, C#language, developed enterprise safety culture diagnosis system ofB/S model, analysis and scientific diagnosis enterprise safety culture construction comprehensive, achieved much function, for example diagnosis, horizontalcomparison; longitudinal comparison and so on.
