New generation of international video coding standard H265has received extensive attention of the personage inside course of study industry since the April2010release, it mainly aimed at the existing MPEG and H.26x can’t meet the high definition, ultra high video and3D video etc. new video application and put forward a new kind of video codec standard. It mainly used to compress some enormous data and more complex structure of HD and ultra high-definition video (HDTV). But video data still exist by malicious damage, theft and digital media piracy phenomenon, while the new compression standard H265does not have the function of the video data security, therefore, the security codec research of the new standard H265has received more and more attention. HD video data have the characteristics of a large amount of data and the encoding structure is more complex and high real-time processing requirements, therefore researcher must be combined with the encoding and decoding process and the actual application environment to design encryption and decryption scheme.Present, people have developed many video encryption scheme, but most of them are based on MPEG and H264, including the traditional password technology to encrypt all useful methods, although this kind of algorithm have higher security and does not change the compression ratio but the computational complexity is very high; including the method for encryption of the DCT coefficients, although this kind of algorithm has low computational complexity but its security is far lower than all encryption algorithm and makes the compression ratio of the change after video encryption; including the method of encryption in the entropy coding process such as the multi-state index method, although this kind of algorithm has low computing complexity and less effect on the compression ratio but in the case of known plaintext attack is insecurity. These encryption methods have their own advantages and disadvantages, but most of them are proposed for the H264or MPEG standard and have not been able to meet the needs of high-definition and ultra high definition video applications. In order to solve the above problem, this paper based on the H265standard according to different application scenarios proposed two different for high-definition video encoding and decoding scheme for security. In this paper, the main work is as follows:(1) Aiming at the shortcomings of the existing video encryption algorithm, this paper combined with H265entropy coding new technical characteristics and put forward combined with entropy encoding process of security and efficient Exp-Golomb encoding and decoding scheme based on H265. Using this solution for high definition video header information is encrypted, experimental results show that the scheme is security and efficiency, the encryption algorithm has low computing complexity and high coding efficiency and remains compression performance unchanged after encryption, etc. This scheme is mainly used in the security requirement is not high and the video under the condition of high real-time requirements, such as real-time video monitoring.(2) But the scheme (1) have the disadvantage that the format is not compatible with decoder, in order to solve problems of scheme (1) that format is not compatible with decoder, this paper combined with the new technical characteristics of H265put forward a new adaptive security arithmetic encoding and decoding scheme based on H265. Using this scheme for high definition video data is encrypted, experimental results show that the scheme have the advantages of security high and format compatibility and encrypted code with high efficiency and remains compression performance unchanged after encryption, etc. Because of this scheme has better performance, so it is widely used, for example, video surveillance and video conferencing and video-on-demand and trade secrets video etc can be applied to this scenario.(3) This paper combine the scheme (1) with (2) to make a security encoding and decoding software, this software can select different encryption schemes based on different scenarios.
