With the current popularity of the Internet and Internet applications, especially in recent years, the mobile Internet is booming, making diversification of users’ demand for data service type, data complexity raise a lot of people’s daily life. Requirements for data sharing and exchange of information with the various types of data services are gradually being improved, therefore, the demand for designing suitable heterogeneous and loosely coupled data exchange platform increasingly becomes higher.In this thesis, the data exchange platform around the geographic information services and media information services, combine the two types of data services, adding a publish/subscribe mechanism. Make a research the key teachnology of the data exchange platform. The main content of the paper contains:research and design access control mechanisms of data exchange platform, design appropriate FLEX RIA client, Design and Implementation of user-defined GIS services, media services and RIA data terminal interaction methods; designed and implemented a service-oriented data exchange interface, Make a research of data distribution technology and messaging middleware applications in the the data exchange platform.The major innovation for the paper is to propose a suitable platform for the exchange of media data services and geographic information data service solutions, and to design a Media-Geographic information data model for the data exchange platform.In the platform using a publish-subscribe messaging middleware to design a matching algorithm which is able to quickly adapt to the Media-Geographic data model. In the service oriented data exchange platform design and implementation process, Make a research of feasibility scheme to improve the data exchange platform via the data distribution teachnology and message oriented middleware.
