Nowadays, mobile operators are changing from the mobile communication specialists to mobile information specialists. With the transform of mobile operators in the role of strategy, the entire value-added services market is changing. Mobile operators have already started to integrate market and probe self-supporting service. According to the present trend, an integrated data-service platform will be the direction of the development of mobile data services. Different types of value-added data services can be developed quickly in this platform. There are common data service templates in this platform. The platform is able to provide unified management for all kinds of resources (such as audio, photos, text messages, etc.), with a unified content management functions. And it also has the functions of operational role (as CP (Content Provider)) management. Under the current status of mobile data services, we introduce an integrated data platform (IDP). The IDP focuses on mobile user groups, fully integrates community resources, and provides many kinds of value-added data service to mobile users such as Life-Service, Entertainment-Service and so on.Integrate Data-Service Platform (IDP) is an open, modularized, standardized, layered application platform, many mobile value-added services can be created and integrated based on the platform. Support and management subsystem in IDP is used to support and inspect the whole system. As more services are built in the platform, the design of IDP 1.0 could not meet the requirement of IDP development in the future. So this thesis gives an improvement scheme.This thesis focuses on the improvement of support and management subsystem in IDP. In the first chapter, the concept and development of mobile data services and data service platform is introduced. In the same time, the concept and architecture of IDP system is introduced. And the concept and signification of the improvement of support and management subsystem are described in chaper two. In chaper three, the detail description of the improvement scheme is shown. This thesis uses each module as a unit. First of all, introduce a system monitoring module to improve the framework. As the system monitoring module is the core of the entire sub-system, it links the other modules in the subsystem. The thesis on the one hand, introduce a new framework for the use of JMX (Java Management Extensions) framework technology, on the other hand, the module also provides improved methods, as well as after the introduction of new technologies on the module features. The second part of thesis introduces the new License module design and implementation. The third part discusses the flow control module to improve the program, the main solution to the current network operation's problems. At the same time, due to overload module did not realize ago, the thesis also introduced the design and implementation of overload control module. Finally, the thesis introduces the improvement and realization of priority module. This part uses the new priority strategy, at the same time adopted the idea of Gof. Chapter IV is a summary and prospects, the author summed up the main work in the improvement of support and management subsystem in IDP platform, as well as the need for further thought.
