Implementation And Application Of Csc Decoding

The rapid development of China’s economy brings people a lot of convenience and at the same time, it also raises some problems, such as the problem of floating population. Over the past20years, the floating population crime rate has been increasing which is up to80%. Therefore, improving the management of the floating population is urgent in the current situation. Now the most important step to managing the floating population is granting the temporary certificates. If we can combine the database technology with certificates inspection technology, it must improve the police’s management efficiency.The present temporary certificates use the RFID technique which is not available in such scenarios for its high cost. Meanwhile, the Chinese-sensible code has some features, such as great capacity, high density, and coding ability. In recent years, the CSC becomes well-considered and being used widely.Therefore, applying the CSC technology to the management of the temporary certificates will be helpful to reduce the cost and improve the efficiency of the accreditation system.In this thesis, some aspects as follows are researched deeply: firstly, it analyses the characteristics of CSC technology, on the basis the thesis makes a deep study of CSC technology, including the symbolic structure and the application of CSC. Secondly, this thesis introduces the generation process of CSC, including data analysis and pattern instructions, data coding, error correcting coding, the generation of the final data bit stream, the pattern placement, masking generation, function information placement and the bitmap generation.Thirdly, the thesis designs the CSC decoding algorithm including image processing, symbolic finder and location, function information decoding, sampling network establishing, masking removing, data sequence restoring, error correcting decoding and information decoding, which is realized by the code. Finally, the CSC is applied to the temporary certificates management system. It confirms the thesis’s research value according to verifying the key modules of the management system.
