The thesis presents the work of the design and implementation of RF circuit of TD-SCDMA signal receiver. External RF signal is received and then divided into the A and F band frequency bands by the duplexer. Each signal is respectively sent to a different receiver, then after filtering, down-conversion and signal control the output signal is sent to digital circuit for further processing. In the thesis, firstly based on the theoretical studies, the program is determined and then requirements analysis, selection of IF frequency, link budget, designs of schematics and PCB board is involved. Finally, it is the process of PCB debug.The contents of this thesis are as follows:1、Introduce the background of the task.2、Introduce the whole design scheme of RF receiver. Analyze the requirements of RF board, then point out the critical issues of the design.3、Accomplish the design of the RF board, including link budget, device selection and simulation and external circuit design.4、Based on theoretical design, accomplish the design of PCB and debugging. Finally some test is finished to validate the effectiveness of the design.5、Summarize the design and make some expectation.After debugging, the RF circuit has met the requirement, and can meet the demand of development of new function.
