With global economic development, some global problems gradually appeared, such as environmental pollution, energy depletion and so on. The new energy vehicles, mainly being electric vehicles, are pollution-free, low-noise, energy-efficient, and energy sources-diversified. So the electric vehicle is the future trend of the development of the automobile industry, which the government also attaches great importance to and made the Twelfth Five-Year Special Plan for. To promote the rapid development of the electric vehicle industry, operators of electric vehicles and charge stations established a large number of charge stations to charge and change battery. In order to ensure that the operation of the relative charge facilities of the internal charge station is normal, safe and stable, it is imperative to establish an integrated network management alarm system of charge stations.The alarm system is designed and implemented to meet some charge station operator’s monitoring requirements of equipment failures in the process of charge operation. The system not only provides real-time monitoring and alarm handling, but also makes the alarm automatically processed by configuring alarm processing rules. This improves the processing speed of the alarm. Meanwhile, the system uses the collection and association of alarm events to generate alarm, and then merge the repeated and filter the useless, which can find the root causes of fault and improve the accuracy of alarm.The paper firstly states the business requirements of the charge station’ alarm management, and makes a detailed analysis about key issues, on the basis of which, design of the system architecture is made for the alarm system in electric vehicles, functional modules are divided, and system functions and database model design are discussed in detail, and then the implementation of the system function modules is introduced. The system reduces the system coupling and improves accuracy of alarm generation and flexibility of alarm configuration through the use of the SSH development framework technology, rule-based event collection technology and code association-based alarm generation technology. After the tests, the system has been used by some charge station operator, and the operation is stable.
