Since China’s reform and opening up, from1982—1987and from2004—2013, the No.1document has continuously put highlight on the issue of “the farmer, the agriculture and therural” during this two period for15years. Released by the highest documents form, the issuehas been raised to a widespread concern that almost all the people pay more and more attentionto.At present, information is highly abundant; transmission channels are expanding to abroader scope, information which involves the issue of “the farmer, the agriculture and the ruralhas become to be a vulnerable one on the different medium. The regional mainstream media’sattitudes toward the issue of “the farmer, agriculture and the rural” can basically presents theviewpoints of the entire media in this area. Therefore, one of the most effective standards tomeasure the party newspaper’s influence and authority is to pay more attention to all issues insocial life and make all aspects in harmony with it, especially for the information of vulnerable.The study selects Xinxiang daily (Chinese version) from1982to2012as sample, usingsystematic sampling method, from January1st each year, and take out a newspaper every7days. Totally, as the research object, there are1426newspapers. Then, extract the news reportswhich involves the issue of “the farmer, the agriculture and the rural, and analysis all theselected news reports. Firstly, make a study of the overall situation in the selected samples byusing the content analysis.Secondly,do some research into four issues,which include thecomprehensive issue, the issue on the farmer,the issue on the agriculture and the issue on therural.Thirdly,study the special page of “new countryside”. Finally, summarize and analysis theexisting problems, and put forward some optimized way.Based on the issue of “the farmer,the agriculture and the rural”,with the aid of sometheory of journalism and communication,we analyze the issues of “the farmer,the agricultureand the rural” on Xinjiang daily (Chinese version) by a comprehensive analysis in long-timeand wide-range,and I am looking forward to providing a little reference for the practice of thereport on the issues of “the farmer,the agriculture and the rural”.
