In recent years,China is accelerating its entry into the "Made in China 2025" program. The country's manufacturing capacity has been unprecedentedly improved, the national consumption level has been greatly improved, the people's living standards have been greatly improved, and the daily replacement of a large number of daily necessities and consumables has accelerated. The elimination of a large number of used products. Therefore, research on the recycling and utilization of waste products is particularly important at this stage.Properly planning the disassembly sequence of used products is a key step in recycling used products and an important part of the product remanufacturing process. After mastering the Petri net modeling method and the actual disassembly process of the product, taking into account the uncertainty of the information in the process of product disassembly,in order to better conform to the actual situation and more accurately describe the actual disassembly process, introduce the disassembly time and dismantle The solution cost and disassembly energy are random variables, thus completing the construction of extended stochastic Petri nets.Combined with stochastic programming theory, the transitions in Petri nets are mapped to the constraints of stochastic programming theory, thus completing stochastic programming theory and Petri net modeling method.Fusion.From the perspective of decision makers, based on the extended stochastic Petri net modeling method and stochastic programming theory, this paper constructs a multi-objective optimization model for the dismantling sequence of used auto parts under uncertain information, and applies Monte Carlo method to optimize.Solve the vehicle transmission device as an example to verify the validity and practicability of the model.
