The Design And Implementation Of Orphan Rescue Information Management System For Tianjin City

With the constant improvement of the social security system in China, orphans as a special group in society, issues about orphans are a growing attention. With the increase in the number of orphans, the loophole of imperfect network system about found, report and transfer orphans and abandoned babies is gradually emerging and prominent. Traditional manual and paper methods for orphans’information management have a serious impact on the management efficiency of the rescue department and comprehensiveness and timeliness of orphans’relief. Therefore the establishment and development of a management information system for orphans to realize information management of orphans has become very urgent and important in Tianjin.This paper is mainly about design and implementation process of information management system of orphans in Tianjin. First introduce the system development background, and later describe orphan rescue work and information management research status at home and abroad, after the above description identify the theoretical value and practical significance of the system development; According to relevant system of rescue orphans in Tianjin and social assistance status to acquire demand then we can use the content we access detailed to do demand analysis, and ultimately identify the functions be developed and implemented; Second, based on the above content and results of requirements analysis do detailed design of the system using a the way of combination of class design and sequence diagram, besides we designed our database using Oracle for data storage and management; Finally, introduce then implementation process of orphans information management system in Tianjin and make system testing in order to complete the development of the entire system.In this paper, we adopt the idea of object-oriented analysis and use Unified Modeling Language as our design tools. Functionally, we use the multi-level software architecture, technically we use struts2development framework based on MVC, as for the language we use Java programming language; The management of welfare agency in orphans management information system focuses on the management and maintenance of welfare agencies in Tianjin; Functions of management of the orphans and disabled children focuses on the management of information about orphans and disabled children and aid, tending situation; classification query function focuses on classification query of welfare agencies and orphans or disabled children; function for statistical reporting on the five kinds of information:orphans information, information of children in the child welfare agencies, information special children in difficult, information about children affected by AIDS, information about child welfare agencies is to do statistics and analysis; functions of self-defined grouping comparison is providing user-defined grouping and contrast the information of welfare agency in it. In terms of security, the system uses rules based on a role-based rights management to enhance the security of the operation of the system.We simplify operation for rescue orphans management, save time for management, and improve work efficiency using this system. Tianjin orphans aid and management work comes to a new level.
