AGV is short for Automatic Guided Vehicle.It’s equipped with automatic guidance device and capable of running along the specified path,with the function of security protection and M&L(move and loading).AGV system consists of three basic components:AGV ground control systems, communications systems and AGV vehicle system.The magnetic guided AGV design is introduced from three aspects of mechanism.motion control and safety system.The safety adopt the design of multi-sensor,multi-class and the flowchart of safety judgment is shown.Establish the kinematics mathematical modeling of differential wheel.single-steering wheel and double steering-wheel with the simulation run by matlab.The guiding sensor consists of12detecting unit.Develop a new kind of guiding sensor with the space between detecting unit being wider to suit the situation that the driving unit and the vehicle body are connected rigidly. Develop the algorithm of magnetic guided vehicle which solves the problem of fork perfectly.Use RFID tag and cross magnetic strip to locate the vehicle.The RFID tag contains information which determines what the vehicle is going to do when the cross magnetic strip is read.The AGV vehicle program system is developed using C#.under the environment of Visual Studio2008.The software system uses a visual interactive interface,and support for touch operation.The software system is based on status determined mechanism and driven by3timers.The realization of AGV guidance,safety judgment and the output of various signals are based on the status determined mechanism.The details status determined mechanism are demonstrated by pseudo code.
