With the development of information technology and the "customer-centric" business model, customer value has gradually become the core of the customer relationship management (CRM).A scientific and comprehensive grasp and evaluation of customer value and taking the effective and right strategy to enhance the customer value become the key of an effective management of customer resources and grasp of the market by enterprises. Therefore, effective customer value management and the marketing strategy have great and important significance to development of enterprises. Using data mining technology to handle vast amounts of customer data and implement of customer segmentation, customer churn prediction and so on based on the customer value theory is a hot technology in the research field of customer value. Due to the existing data mining technology more access to static knowledge from the static data and ignoring the effect of the transformation on data, customer value analysis system based on data mining can not mine knowledge of transformation and the change rule of customer value under the action of the transformation. However, this transformation knowledge has directive significance to help enterprises solve the contradictions and problems of the customer value.This paper proposes to apply the extenics and extension data mining technology to analyze customer value and researches design and implementation a kind of customer value analysis software based on extension data mining to mine the transformation knowledge of customer value in order to provide a convenient, reliable tool for enterprises to master the customer value change rules under transformation and measure the pros and cons of the marketing strategy.In this paper mainly completed the following research work:1.It studies on the customer value theory knowledge and the customer value evaluation methods to select features. Designs and implements evaluation system of customer value with applicability and flexibility.2.Introduces extenics and extension data mining theory knowledge, the information element formal represent the customer information and the extension data mining process.3.Researches the configuration method of dependent function of the customer value various elements and comprehensive dependent function model, extracts the conduction characteristics methods happened the conduction transformation, and gains the technical rules and designs the algorithm of customer value extension knowledge.4.According to the JFreechart visual charts technology, realizes the graphics to show customer value analysis results.5.Designs the architecture, software function module division of customer value analysis software based on extension data mining in detail, and through the adoption of dynamic libraries and data conversion services to shield the underlying data, extracts customer value evaluation from the information element characteristics, analyzes enterprises’ customers value, implements customer value extension classification knowledge, conduction knowledge acquisition and visual displays mining results.Finally, taking for example some garment factory, research mining the enterprise’ extension classification knowledge and conduction knowledge to show that these knowledge gained has great reference value for enterprises to adjust the marketing strategy and take differentiated servicesThe innovation of this paper is:1.This thesis is to apply the Extension Data Mining technology in customer value analysis, design and implement the customer value analysis software based on Extension Data Mining to help enterprises slove and measure the law and the pros and the cons of strategies, daynamically grasp of customer value changes. The software can make up the current customer value system based on data mining can not mine the transform knowledge, provide a new idea for the customer value system.2.The existing Extension Data Mining software or systems often use a single and fixed dependent function model. This thesis achieves three basic dependent function models,and choose a specific model according to the demand,which is more in line with the needs of practical problems.And creat a dynamic table,data conversion, dynamical evaluation system and dynamical identification conduction characteristics to be applied to different enterprises to ming extension classification knowledge and conduction knowledge,with more versatility and flexibility.This is the research results of Guangdong Provincial Natural Science Foudation "The Customer Value Research Based on Extension Data Mining"(Grant NO.:10151009001000044).
