The Study And Practice Of The E-government System Security

There has been a vigorous growth of e-government in China since the last decade. Potential risks of information security lying in the e-government system have been rising up accompanied with the continual expandations in e-government applications. By analyzing major problems affecting e-government development, we proposed an e-government security protection system architecture which combined with security technologies and security management. Furthermore, this architecture is based on the support of the latest information security technologies and an overall consideration of many factors like the internal management of the government, industry standards and project management etc. As the government website of J District for an example, the effectiveness of the architecture is verified by analyzing DDoS attack prevention, APT attack protection, SQL injection attack prevention and regional government website group security detection. The corresponding solutions are designed and practised, thus the theoretical foundation is expanded and more experiences are accumulated for enhancing e-government security in a comprehensive view.
