In the development of the telecommunications, the most important problem the carrier faced ishow to attract the new customers and keep the original ones. The marketing strategy is a main methodused by carriers, which attracts fresh and old customers by giving presented calls and retains customersby the execution cycle of the marketing strategies. Along with the development of the society, thecompetitive relationships between the carriers are intensified incessantly, and the marketing strategy isin turn diversified and personalized. In order to meet the requirement of the continuous development ofthe marketing strategy, implementation of an integral and unified planning of the marketing strategy isneeded to be addressed urgently. It’s imperative to build a kind of unified, efficient and configurableplatform which can meet the requirement of marketing strategy. In order to make up for the problems ofoverhead maintenance, a long development cycle and insufficient single of the existed ones.The subject of this research is about the unitive management system of marketing. First, researcherstart with the package development, analyses of the realistic characteristic of the marketing, which isoverdeveloped, various and large overlay area, but the timeworn realistic model result in support ofsoftware cannot content the speed development of marketing, at the same time, snagged theshortcoming such as scattered, disorderly, dilatory of realistic marketing. The shortcoming of marketingis the entry point of the research, analyzing the details and similarity of the marketing step by step, andput out a solution of the unitive management system of marketing. Second, analyses deep-seated thesoftware which is used to supporting the marketing, and put out the solution innovative, including theconfiguration of record model, the continuation of business model and the optimization of demand way,and combine the specific realistic technology, proceed to the next step, analyses and structure the unitivemanagement system of marketing. In the analytical process, researchers come up with the altitudinalconfiguration solution to the stare time of the special software and introduce the special realize theory;do the configurable improvement principle of special software; put out the theory of working list modelto the whole marketing; adopt the way of fictitious charge against on transact the marketing, all kinds ofraise and realize of the solution are hidden behind every link of marketing transaction, improve thesupporting software of marketing at root. Finally, with the supporting of solution, researchers divide andcombine the marketing business again, constitute the entirety model of unitive management system,achieve the goal of uniform, efficient and configurable marketing.In the exploitation process, considering the impact to the realistic model is the emphasis, pursuethe research idea as the less cost, the high value. At last, compared to the original system, unitivemarketing management system advance the response time of procedure to new business, save the human and material resources in the develop and maintain process in the meantime.The research choose the way that unite theory to realistic, set the goal as improve existing businessmodel, adapt business development in the future. Analyses structure and optimize the marketing coursein macroscopic and microcosmic point of view, in favors of the sustainable development of marketing,offer the reference to relevant research in future.
