With the rapid development of Internet,the businesses based on mobile internet emerge in endlessly. Teaching pattern in colleges and universities have changed from single classroom teaching mode to classroom and online teaching mode. It is very necessary that colleges and universities provide online course teaching mode browser based on PC and intelligent terminal.The paper was based on the Dalian University of Technology Teaching Reform Fund. The main purpose is to design an online Teaching Platform based on ASP.NET MVC framework and build network teaching platform of electrical information specialized courses. The platform has two ways to access--through Android smartphones and through PC browsers.Firstly, the paper analyses the business requirements of electricity specialized courses teaching. The main function of the online Teaching Platform is meeting the need of students to easily get all kinds of teaching resources and teaching interaction. Teaching resources mainly include course information, teaching materials and test materials. Interactive teaching includes students in the class use Web BBS after class and use smartphones to participate questioning and classroom testing in class. Secondly, the paper design online Teaching Platform based on ASP.NET MVC architecture. For PC user, Teaching Platform uses Web server to process the user to get course information and to download the request of the curriculum resources and using HTML, JavaScript, etc. to design website interface. Users can use the PC browser to view course information, download courseware, homework and previous test curriculum resources. Users can use Web course BBS for communication. Thirdly, for Android smartphones, the system builds Android server to handle the request. Communication between the intelligent terminal and server uses JSON format. Implement the functions that Android smart phone client access teaching resources and classroom interaction. Finally, database online Teaching Platform according to the business is designed. Develop environment of online Teaching Platform is Microsoft Visual Studio2010and the database is SQL Server2005.Performance test to the Teaching Platform was taken using LoadRunner. Test results show that Web server can support25vusers to visit website simultaneously. Teaching Platform system already used in circuit classes in this semester and students can easily access to the course website to get teaching resources through Android intelligent terminals and PC browsers.
