From the point of view, the development of music history has been over a hundred years form the Western Woodwind art introduce the Inner Mongolia region, since the beginning of the20th century. Form its spread in early development today, affected by the Inner Mongolia multicultural. Western Woodwind art compromises the local geographical characteristics cultural, then appeared its nationalization and localization features in the long-term development and evolution.After reorganized the development of Western Woodwind Art in Inner Mongolia systematically, used the experience of other researches for reference, I burying myself in4aspects of the art of Western Woodwind Art, which are how does it transmit, what is the development status of Western Woodwind Art in inner Mongolia, how to creative art on it and how to performance this kind of western music nationalized. And sought the development direction of Western Woodwind Art in this region in the future at the meantime. Part one, Inner Mongolia Woodwind is divided by the introduction and dissemination two parts. One of is incoming early stage, the other is dissemination after the founding of New China. According to the time course, discusses the historical background, route of transmission and the dissemination carrier in different historical periods of the Woodwind in Inner Mongolia.The second part is expansion of two stage which is Development&Popularity of social Western Woodwind Art, and the Development&Achievements of the field of art education, then discourse the popular of the music education, the building of the mass cultural activities to many other arts institutions, professional bodies, professional events, in the last I elaborate on the current development of the Inner Mongolia Western Woodwind Art.The third part is to analysis the different genres works of the Western Woodwind Art form modern to tradition, and then discoursed the Mongolian folk music elements in the creation of the Western Woodwind Art and the trends of the modern creation.Part IV is devoted to the acquaintance with Mongol musical strain, discussed how to understand the characteristic of Mongol music, and the role instrumentalists should play in pushing forward the Western Wood Music nationalized. On how to mix modern musical performance with traditional folk art together, then reflect the music emotion, thought and connotation interpretation accurately to promote the development of Western Wind Music performance in Inner Mongolia.
