With the rapid development of Internet technology, today’s world is a world ofInternet. Along with the rise of smart phones and other mobile terminals, mobileInternet generated by the Internet is gradually changing people’s lives and habits. As animportant means of access to the Internet, browser is essential for every mobileterminal. So good browsing experience, user-friendly interface and interaction andquality performance is the key to determining whether the browser can be accepted byusers. And further optimize and explore the features of the mobile browser, makingusers to access the Internet through the mobile browser feel better, has also become ahot spot of the mobile Internet’s development in recent years.Unlike the personal computers, due to the limitations of the network andhardware of mobile phone, the trend of mobile browser must be realize cloud servicesand cloud storage on mobile phone. Most of the mobile browsers on the market didnot provide the function of cloud storage, some browsers added cloud services tosolve the page layout. However, the user’s data retention and security still not beenachieved. Thus，in this paper, the function of cloud bookmark of the mobile browserwas proposed, that is to say, synchronous the bookmark on the mobile browser to thebookmark server. This function solves the problem of users from accidentally lost thebookmark data, and prepares for more cloud services and cloud storage added inmobile browser in the future.This paper studied the application development for the iOS platform, designedand implemented a mobile browser based on the iOS platform. IOS is the operatingsystem of the iPhone which is the most advanced smart phones. With its elegantinterface, safe and reliable design and smooth experience，iOS won a large number ofusers. This subject browser using Webkit as the core engine on iOS platform. In thebeginning of the development，a carefully requirement analysis was made. In accordance with the requirement characteristics, architecture design and detaileddesign was made, and then realized the browser smoothly. In the end, we test thebrowser completely，Summarized the shortcomings and prospected the expansion andupdate of the browser in the future.
