The machines most commonly used to lease is the tower crane, elevator and gantry, the proportion is69.6%,27.5%and26.1%.In the defects of machinery leasing industry, arrears of rent ranks first, the proportion is50.7%; the second is the market norm which is frequently changed, the proportion is46.4%; at the same time, lack of effective management accounts for12.3%.The frequently-used device management software is the architecture of C/S in the market, for example:the device management software of starting point. Special client software and operating environment should be installed.In addition, whenever a system software update is available, each client needs to be installed, and the cost of maintenance and upgrade is very high. The machine management system in this paper will be improved based on the traditional equipment software.First of all, Machine management system which is interactive and portable is an information management system using the B/S (Browser/server) mode. Software systems often need to be updated. And the client of the B/S architecture is only browser, we just need to manage server. Therefore the maintenance and upgrade is relatively simple and the B/S architecture is suitable for various operating system. We use ADO.NET, ASP.NET combining with AJAX technology. ADO.NET provides the uniform access to OLE DB, ODBC, XML and SQL Server. ASP.NET can be applied to all kinds of device and browser. AJAX is a technology that supports asynchronous requests, it can request to the server and process responses using the JavaScript which do not block the users.Secondly, in the boundary value judgment, operating the database directly using the trigger is faster than in the interface. If the data in a table changes and the data exceeds the boundary, including insert, update, delete or any other operation, then the DML trigger will execute automatically. The main function of DML trigger is enforcing business rules.Finally, the contract will be divided into basic information, the details of mechanism and cost which are clear and easy for later operating. In addition, the rent calculation will be automatical to increase work productivity.To explore the technology needed to implement the system, we should investigate the requirements of leasing business, communicate with the users, make the system function explicit and compile detailed requirements specification at the same time. On the basis of the requirement analysis, we can design the overall architecture and divide function module. The overall architecture should be designed closely around the overall planning taking the factors of platform, system, application and hardware into account. We should also consider the organizational structure, management, business expansion of the company and focus on communication, coordination and integration between the modules. The system can better serve the company and improve efficiency greatly after the realization. |
