With the development of the networked control technology, it becomes a new trend that the traditional conrrol system is networked. More and more experts and scholars have shown extensive interest in the research of network control systems (NCS). Beause it has the advantage of simple installation, easy maintenance, low operating costs, it has been used in industry and engineering wildly. With the scale of NCS gradually expanding and its complexity constantly increasing, even a small failure can cause unpredictable, impossible to estimate casualties and property losses. For the sake of insuring networked control systems working credible, it is very important for the study on the fault detection (FD) and fault tolerant control (FTC). On the other hand, as a unified method of the cotinous-time systems and discrete-time systems, delta operator can conquer the numerical instability problems caused by the conventional shift operator while the sampling rates increased, and the approach is successfully used in fault detection and fault tolerant control. Therefore, introducing this method to FD and FTC of networked control systems is of great scientific and practical importance.The main work and contributions of the thesis are as follows:First, Delta operator formulated state function of network control systems with uncertainty time-delay is proposed on the basis of traditional NCS model. Considering the uncertainty networked induced time-delay and external disturbance circumstances, the sufficient conditions for the existence of the robust fault detection filter and its explicit expressions are given based on the Lyapunov stability theory. Then, the simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed approach.Second, consider the original the uncertainty network control systems model, giving the Delta operator formulated NCS with uncertainty parameter in the case of short delay. Then assuming that actuator of the systems is failure, and introducing state feedback control low, the fault-tolerant controller is given based on stability theory and using the method of linear matrix inequalities. Finally, the simulation experiment show that the fault-tolerant controller having better fault tolerance effect.
