The paper is mainly concerned with the Trajectory recording system based on MCU, GPS receiver hardware and memory circuit are realized by using U-BLOX company’s GPS module and Microchip company’s dsPIC6011A microcontroller. Through this system extraction GPS signal and stored to the U disk. In this paper, system total design scheme is presented and details the design and the process of the development.The subject use the dsPIC30F6011A as the control chip, extraction of information from GPS modules, and stored the data through file management control chip CH376. This paper contains the following sections:1. Complete system design based on GPS navigation system and positioning principle and the situation of MCU application in navigation and positioning.2. According to system requirment, design of the rational hardware circuit. The hardware part is as follows:GPS receiver module, MCU circuit around and the part of CH376and U disk connection.3. There are two parts of the software design in this system:The first part, use program to extract longitude, latitude and time in the GPS signal. The second part, the MCU and the CH376communication programming design, to create U disk file and save the GPS signal by CH376.4. Debug hardware and software components of the system, find and solve the problems encountered in the process of debugging. Through the debug, we can complete the requirement of the task. Propose future research direction on this base.
