And the news on such negative are also emerge in an endless stream. Against to such a situation, in the paper we discussed a kind of train of thought, that is through the methods of contacts on the user classification, and set the black list to ensure efficient communication, but also can automatically ignore the harassing calls.Our research combined the Android system development and mobile platform technology, for the user’s universal feelings, write a simple user classification recorded communications. And on the basis of focusing on the Android development of UI design, application architecture and the communication, short message system, and finally achieved some of the important function.This thesis first listed the program research background in the structure, and the present situation of mobile Internet development in simple introduction. Then we talk about the Android platform and architecture in a detailed analysis, and makes some comparisons with other cellphone system as the Symbian, windows and iOS mobile phone system. After this, we will mainly focus on the analysis of Android UI in the development of design, as well as for the realization of the procedure function for some background principle analysis. And in the end, the main introduction about how to achieve the core function of our program.
