With the rapid development of IT and mobile communication technology, many kinds of business are constantly emerging. Especially, wireless network optimization has become an important part in the development of mobile communication network. Wireless network optimization aims to develop effective solutions, based on comprehensive and targeted investigation and detailed analysis.Along with the further expanding of the network scale, the network optimization methods is not enough to ensure the perfect performance of the network, and therefore more optimized methods are needed to deal with the increasing difficulty of network optimization. Network optimization is developing towards the data as the core business focusing on the improvement of users’satisfaction rather than KPI parameters. The original quality of service evaluation system cannot reflect the users’ degree of recognition for services. Therefore, the experience quality of experience is put forward, following the related research. The research on QoE is ultimately to achieve the quantization of QoE, namely the establishment of mapping relationship between QoE and its influence factors. Finally, the business-based objectives of QoE will be brought up, according to the key indexes of network performance.Road test software and test terminal as a whole is a important tool for wireless network optimization, which is divided into frontend test and backend analysis. The analysis module and the report module turn to be the core of the backend.Combined with operators’requirements for mobile network quality, QoE three-layer mapping model is constructed, and QoE analysis report program is designed as well in this paper. The QoE analysis module implements the event trigger process model into determination of single process events, calculating value of the KPI parameters based on business, invoking the average score evaluation module and fuzzy hierarchy analysis module in the quantization grading and weight calculation of KPI parameters. Thus a reasonable QoE evaluation model will be constructed. XML file is adopted as vector to storage business analysis information, including KPI parameters and QoE evaluation index. The QoE report module provides users with QoE analysis results and the event parameter results in the forms of Excel and Word. Finally, this paper shows the Voice and the Ftp QoE analysis and event parameters results, which show that the design can reflect the user experience excellently.
