| Nowadays, it has been agreed worldwidely that the Long Term Evolution (LTE) will occupy the entire next market because of its high rate, large capacity, low time delay characteristics. However, due to different countries and operators have different2G/3G networks and technologies at present, so in the actual deployment of LTE, we should take the local operators’ actual network into account.This paper research mean to take the China Mobile’s network and technology as an example, research the interoperable scheduling method between TD-LTE and2G (GSM) and3G (TD-SCDMA) wireless access network in the actual deployment of TD-LTE, that is inter-RAT (Radio Access Technology), and supply alternative methods for the deployment of TD-LTE of China Mobile.This paper’s main job is as follows:Firstly, this paper introduces the interoperability way between TD-LTE and2G and3G wireless access network in general, and detailed analyse the scheduling of TD-LTE data domain business in RRC’s idle state and the connection state, especially the three kinds of scheduling design in RRC connection state, elaborates three scheduling sequence diagram, also considering each failure situation in order to achieve more reliable operation.Secondly, based on the data domain business, this paper analyse the three interoperability scheduling methods of voice business, and confirm the scheduling mode of call session fallback, and then, creatively transfer the scheduling methods of data service into voice service, and design the three scheduling ways in detailed to complete call session fallback. Then, implement the comprehensive scheduling mode of data service and call session in LTE base station. Finally, in view of the TD-LTE and2G/3G interoperability target demand, this paper designed the typical scene of interoperability, and set up the simulation platform, take the scheduling time as evaluation method, compare several scheduling modes and choose the optimum scheme. |
