The Analysis And Dedign For The Techniques Of The Cloud Mobile Oa System

Office automation (OA) means by advanced science and technology, making the modern office automated. Office automation brought a new office for the companies and enterprises and become the necessity for companies and enterprises. Traditional office automation has some shortcomings. For example, the limitations of geographical location and working time limited the people who are out of office. The costs of system development and maintenance are a burden for small-size enterprises. With the development of smart phones and cloud computing technology, mobile OA and cloud OA appeared. They solved the problems above. Cloud mobile OA, the combination of cloud OA and mobile OA, will be flourishing development.By analyzing the limitations of the traditional OA, we design the cloud mobile OA system. The main works of this paper are as follows:1. The limitations and problems of the traditional OA are analyzed, including network offline, data synchronization and page adaption, and provide the solutions for these limitations and problems.2. A cloud mobile OA system to solve the existing shortages is presented. It includes three parts, mobile device, Adapter server and OA server. Then we design these three parts in detail to solve the problems of the original system in a large extent.3. Analyze the security of the cloud mobile OA system in all aspects to solve the system’s security and the users’privacy, including the security of the mobile device, data transmission as well as user’s privacy.The proposed cloud mobile OA system has some advantages. Firstly, it doesn’t affect the original system, and it only needs an Adapter server on original system, so it is good for the stability of the native system. Secondly, it can implement offline, synchronization, push notifications or other functions dynamically to solve the common problems of the traditional mobile OA. Thirdly, it has the page adaptation function on the mobile device to increase the user’s experience and streamlines the OA page by reducing some unwanted features to reduce the flow of data transmission. Finally, it also has a high level security to provide a reliable guarantee for the safety of the user.
