At this stage, the third generation after the industrial revolution, With thedevelopment of information technology, all aspects of society to the direction ofdigitization, information technology, automation development trend of the times, studentmanage system in all of the colleges and universities have been widely applied tomanagement students, in order to achieve a more convenient management students,secondary teachers more convenient for students to work management. However, almostall of the school work management system for all students treated the same, there is nointelligent analysis of their behavioral characteristics, which allows the counselor can be"individualized", designed to manage student work more convenient.Therefore, the paper have decided that the analysis of the behavior of studentsin-depth study of the behavioral characteristics of students cluster analysis methods in datamining, the best students were divided into several categories, and behavioralcharacteristics to determine this type of student shared characteristics to achieve the effectof students classified by characteristic so that the counselor specialized categorymanagement.In this paper, using the optimized K-means algorithm, obtained by calculating theoptimal number of clusters K, intellectual achievements of the students, the degree of poorstudents, the scholarship amount, moral education achievements, sports scores and contestsplus six major at the school six dimensions of behavioral characteristics as the K-meansclustering, plus dimensional matrix coefficients of the behavioral characteristics ofstudents clustering. Finally, through the analysis of the behavior characteristics of thederived class of students arrive at their common prominent feature of a class, the key is inthis paper to study.Var analyzing students’ behavior, we find human analysis, unified management,clustering analysis of some management methods, cluster analysis classification is valid after a semester or a period of practice, human division of labor is relatively effective,unified management solution is invalid.
