Research And Application Of Data Mining Technology In Campus Card System

With the continuous expansion of the scale of colleges and universities in China,students in college is becoming more and more,and the difficulty of student management is also growing.In order to improve the efficiency of student management,most colleges and universities have opened the card management system.The card system stores a lot of personnel information,equipment information and a variety of water information.This information can reflect the law of students' life and consumption in school.However,at this stage,these water information in most school's card system of have not been further used.Its deep and useful information has not been effectively analyzed and excavated.Therefore,the paper digs and analyzes the university card data deeply using data mining technology.In the paper,a comprehensive comparative analysis is conducted on the current banking credit systems,both home and abroad through multi-instance,multi-angle and multi-level methods firstly,and the related technology of data mining are analyzed.On this basis,according to the present situation of card data analysis,the main problems of the card data mining are analyzed,and the functional requirements of the data mining are put forward.On this basis,the business model of the data mining is established.According to the demand of data mining,the system preprocesses the card data and constructs the card data collection.Data preprocessing mainly includes the extraction,cleaning,integration,transformation and protocol of card data.Based on the data of card system,the paper analyzes the student consumption data,water consumption data and book borrowing information in card data uses K-Means ++ clustering algorithm and Apriori collaborative filtering algorithm,and analyzes its internal law analysis,and completes the excavation of the card data.This paper is mainly discussing the campus card system of GanSu Iron and Steel Vocational Technical College.On the basis of the date that come from the campus card,the data analysis and data mining techniques are used to analyze and excavate students' consumption data,water consumption data and book borrowing data.Tt finds the hidden,deep and valuable intrinsic relationships and laws in these data.It provides support for the selection of poor students,water supply,book purchase and the formulation of various policy systems,which plays an important role in promoting the rapid development of various undertakings in schools.
