The Design And Implementation Of The Accounting Practitioners Information Management System For Tianjin

Tianjin accounting practitioners service center has the power of administrative commission functions, is responsible for the management of the city’s accounting practitioners and also serves for them. From the perspective of accounting practitioners, accounting team is expanding with uneven level of diverse and different of needs. From the point of view of the Finance Bureau, improve the service level of the accountant center to the accounting staff, and show a good image of the financial cadres. With economic development, enterprises and accounting practitioners increasing, there was a lot of pressure on the leadership of the accountant center, for example less staff, low level of information. All of these don’t meet the needs of the increasing volume of business and development of business. In this paper, combining with the actual work of the Tianjin Finance Bureau, we develop an Information Management System of Accounting Practitioners (IMSAP).This article studies the design theory of information system and implementation techniques; analyses workflow related to traditional accounting information services business and information flow, uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) to analyze and model accounting information management combing Struts and Hibernate framework, finally complete of the overall system design, detailed design, and database design.We first summarize the problems among the internal management accountant center, then analyze the causes. Combining the needs of future development of the accountant center, use the methods of data analysis, survey interviews, theory and applications to reconstruct the business process in accountant center. Not only design the accounting practitioner information management system, but also propose measures for protection during system implementation. Accomplish the certificate management for accounting practitioners, discipline management, information dissemination management, user management and system configuration.IMSAP in Tianjin basically meets the needs of users, and accomplishes the demands for accounting information services which are brought by Tianjin Finance Bureau. We complete the construction of accounting practitioners information management system. After the establishment and running of accounting practitioners information management system in Tianjin, Tianjin Finance Bureau easily exchanges information and communication with all levels of financial management departments. Using of IMSAP in Tianjin, improve the timeliness of financial management, the work efficiency of all levels of financial management departments, therefore enhance accounting information automation management level in city.
