In July2012, as required in professional practice unit, I worked as a trainee journalist and editor in a Press Group in Zhejiang. In September2012, I was transferred to Q Company which belongs to the Press Group. At that time I joined a project team responsible for C Magazine which involved work of revision and innovation.C bears the functions of interpretations of policies and regulations, deliveries of industry information and ideas exchanges of developments within the regional transportation industry. However, due to the lack of scientific dissemination of ideas andprofessional operation guidance, the magazine did not run smoothly and its influence was minimal.In August2012, commissioned by the sponsor of C Magazine, Q Company launched a project to revise the Magazine in September. After more than three months of intense preparation, the planning case of revision which was mainly drafted by me finalized with several adjustments, leading to a comprehensive adoption of the planning case later on.In December2012, the revised C magazine successfully released its first issue. The magazine’s transformation is not only a simple change of its form, but rather a reborn for its idea, construction and design. The revision of this magazine is a breakthrough to journals of Zhejiang transportation, a display of referential model for professional journals in Zhejiang market and moreover, exerts demonstration effect on operation for commercial professional journals.
